Expert LPA preparation, tailored to your family.
LPA preparation by a qualified financial adviser and later life care specialist.
A solicitor will prepare the document. An online service will walk you through the form. Neither will ask you about the trust implications of your property, how your pension interacts with your estate, or what happens to your LPA if your attorney loses capacity before you do.
Ensure Legal is different. Our LPA preparation service is led by a qualified financial adviser and later life care specialist, bringing a depth of expertise to every conversation that most LPA services simply can't offer.

What's included in your Ensure Legal LPA Advisory Service

LPA preparation by a qualified financial adviser and later life care specialist.
An LPA that appoints the wrong attorney, misses a trust implication, or fails to consider how your property interacts with your care costs can create significant problems — problems that can't be undone once capacity is lost.
Stephen Knowles founded Ensure Legal to bring a level of expertise to LPA preparation that simply isn't available elsewhere. Holding the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) from the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Award in Long Term Care Insurance (CF8), Stephen brings qualified financial planning and specialist care expertise to every conversation — not just knowledge of the form.

Our 100% LPA approval guarantee
The guarantee covers errors in preparation and submission. It does not cover changes in circumstance after submission — for example, if an attorney loses mental capacity or passes away before the donor, or if you choose to revoke the LPA using a deed of revocation. These are separate legal processes and we will always help you understand your options if your circumstances change.
No other conditions. No small print. Just a commitment to getting it right.
